Bujska brewery

Bujska pivovara, located in Istria, was founded in 2012 with the aim of creating premium craft beer that reflects the spirit of Istria. Using natural water from the St. Ivan spring, the finest barley malt, and aromatic hops, they produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beers bottle-conditioned in accordance with the German Beer Purity Law of 1516.
